Terms of Trade - Wholesale Sales |
Wholesale sales are restricted to trade sales only. Minimum sized orders may apply. |
We encourage all customers to collect wholesale stock from our nursery to both check quality and to pay for the stock prior to dispatch. |
New customers are required to pay in full on the first order at least. |
In any circumstances where credit is provided by ALM Ltd: |
· |
Any order will be assessed on its merits. Assessment will include the customers prior purchase history, prior payment history, |
reputation and standing within the industry, size of order, perceived risk to ALM Ltd, and any other factors considered |
relevant. |
· |
Any and all stock made available on credit remains the property of ALM Ltd until paid in full by the customer. |
· |
Accounts are to be paid in full within 2 weeks of receiving an order. |
We endeavor to maintain good relations with wholesale customers. Prompt paying customers tend to receive stock promptly. Slow |
paying customers tend to receive stock slowly if at all. |
In our observation of selling wholesale plants over many years within the industry, garden centres and nurseries that go broke almost |
always do so because they have a supply problem with their suppliers. Protect your suppliers as much as your own business and your |
suppliers will help your business grow. |
